Called at ten past two after a week of not sleeping. Somebody actually picked up. He told me what the noise meant, gave me a number before we hung up, and that was the number on the invoice. Crew was on the roof before I left for work.
The company we used in the spring took the adult and left. It was back in three weeks. These guys found two more ways in that nobody had even looked at, meshed all of it, and it has been quiet since June.
I was mostly worried they would just kill them. They found the kits first, showed me, and moved the whole family together. Then they sent photos of the cleanup. I did not expect to feel good about this.

A bungalow off Central, nine days of heavy movement over the back bedroom, and a homeowner who had already paid somebody else to "take care of it" in January.

- A female and four kits denned at the rear roof return. A second soffit gap she had not used yet. The January "fix" was a trap on the roof and nothing sealed.

- Quoted at 2:51am, crew on site 6:40am. Mother and kits out together, both openings meshed the same visit, 340 sq ft of ruined insulation replaced. Quoted $940, invoiced $940.
